Internship experience within the EU Erasmus+ Program

On December 11-15, 2023, the leading specialist of the Office for International Cooperation Oleksandra Shamarina participated in international academic mobility in the form of an internship at the international relations department of the Catholic University in Ružomberok (Slovakia) within the framework of the EU Erasmus+ Program.

The Catholic University in Ružomberok is a partner university of K-PNU since 2019, in which both students and teachers implement academic mobility every year. For the second semester of 2023-2024 academic year 2 more student and 3 teacher are planned to take part in the mobility.

During the internship, it was possible to discuss the possibilities of expanding the list of specialties for academic mobility, get acquainted with the peculiarities of academic mobility organization in a European university.

Once again, we were convinced that the development of the university’s international activities depends on many factors, in particular, on the level of English language proficiency of both students and teachers. The successful process of concluding and implementing inter-institutional agreements is often determined by the common scientific interests of academic staff and the experience of previous cooperation.

Our deepest gratitude to the coordinator of the Erasmus+ EU Program of the Catholic University in Ružomberok, Martin Pinkoš, for his invaluable experience and many years of reliable cooperation! There is more to come.

We keep holding the line to the VICTORY!
