The selected 6 participants will become trainers in the field of higher education management and will conduct trainings in Ukrainian HEI.
Multiplication Training for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine (THEA Ukraine X) is the program for representatives of Ukrainian higher education management in the field of internationalization.
Higher Education Management Programme (HEM) will be implemented by Münster University of Applied Sciences (Germany) in the format of offline and online classes. The selected participants will meet in Münster (Germany) for a visiting seminar at the end of March 2024, where they will develop training concepts together with German and Ukrainian experts in the field of higher education.
Thus, the overall qualification objectives of the program are to enable participants to develop learning concepts based on the planned training outcomes, deepen their knowledge in relevant areas of higher education management, and implement their own training offers in Ukrainian HEI.
The topic of the supported Project_HUB application was focused on the development of management skills in the university’s project activities.
There will be many meetings, new knowledge, experience and prospects ahead!
