The “BusinessLocus for Girls” project has successfully launched in Poznań!

On November 4, the participants of the “BusinessLocus for Girls” project, consisting of 15 higher education students from Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University (K-PNU) under the leadership of Nataliia Mazur, Doctor of Economics, Head and Professor of the Department of Business Economics, and Oksana Kushnir, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor in the same department, started its implementation at the University of Economics in Poznań (UEP).

During a meeting with the Rector, Dr. Barbara Jankowska, and Vice-Rector, Dr. Beata Skowron-Mielnik, the participants discussed the significance of the project’s objectives, received words of support from the UEP leadership, and expressed appreciation for the opportunities and warm welcome in Poznań.

The program continued with a lecture on “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship in the EU” by Dr. Dariusz Nowak, Professor and Head of the Department of Enterprise Resource Management. This was followed by a seminar and presentation from women business leaders on “Key Success Factors for Women’s Entrepreneurship in Poland.”

Later, the K-PNU students learned about UEP’s organizational structure and educational process and enjoyed the beauty and historical charm of the city.

The project is supported by the Ukrainian-Polish Youth Exchange Council and funded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
