Today, communication, cooperation, and professionalism are especially relevant for improving the quality of the educational process. The participants of the project «Teaching Excellence Programme» Hennadii Besarabchuk, Tetiana Storchova and Nataliia Mieliekiestseva have launched a series of online trainings with the university’s academic staff, aimed at improving the level of teaching based on student-centered learning, in particular in distance learning. The participants of the first training “Online tools for effective interaction of participants in the educational process” were teachers of the Faculty of Pedagogy (04.05.2022), the Faculty of Special Education, Psychology and Social Work (11.05.2022), the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Economics (18.05.2022).
During the training, the teachers acquired new knowledge and skills, improved their skills in working with digital tools, actively communicated with each other and shared their pedagogical experience.
By the end of the academic year, trainings are to be held for other faculties. The trainings are open to anyone, and teachers will receive certificates of participation after the training.
The project is implemented by the British Council in Ukraine in partnership with the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Advance HE (Great Britain) and with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
