Viktor Bankin, a student of the Faculty of Physical Education at Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University, has won a silver medal at the European Shooting Championship.
The competition took place in Yerevan, Armenia, and concluded with a triumph for Ukrainian shooters, who once again confirmed their high level on the international stage.
Viktor Bankin competed as part of the Ukrainian national team in the PP-trio event (10 m air pistol, team competition). Together with his teammate Oleh Omelchuk, he demonstrated excellent coordination, precision, and composure. Their strong performance allowed the athletes to take an honourable second place and bring a silver medal to the Ukrainian national team and the Central Sports Club of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
