International agreement on cooperation between the Department of Social Work of K-PNU and the International Association of Social Workers of Europe
On January 11, 2024, the Department of Social Work of the K-PNU (Faculty of Special Education, Psychology and Social Work) signed an international agreement on cooperation and implementation of the joint project “PREVENT, PROTECT AND PROVIDE FOR CHILDREN IN UKRAINE” with the International Association of Social Workers of Europe.
The meeting was attended by delegates of the International Association of Social Workers of Europe from Romania, namely: Ana Radulescu, President of IFSW Europe and Associated Professor of Bucharest University; Herbert Paulischin, IFSW Europe Project Coordinator in Ukraine and IFSW Europe Representative to the UN. Also, University Lecturer in Austria; Mihai Mihaescu Aniuc, International Counselor for Relations with Ukraine.
Ohiienko University was represented by: Volodymyr Dubinskyi, First Vice-Rector, Ph.D. of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor; Tetiana Storchova, Head of the Office for International Cooperation, Ph.D. of Pedagogic Sciences, Associate Professor; Nataliia Hevchuk, Head of the Department of Social Work, Ph.D. of Pedagogic Sciences, Associate Professor; Olena Danyliuk, Ph.D. of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work; Vladyslav Andriichuk, applicant for the second (master’s) level of higher education, specialty 232 Social Security.
During the meeting, discussed the participation of the teaching staff of the faculty and higher education students majoring in 231 Social Work and 232 Social Security in conducting social research on the main problems and needs of children in difficult life circumstances living in the Kamyanets-Podilsky territorial community and neighboring communities; the possibility of internships for higher education students majoring in the Department of Social Work at the International Association of Social Workers of Europe.
