Knowledge of foreign languages is the key to success in the modern world, as today communication in foreign languages becomes more and more important. In this connection, there is a need to develop new approaches to the study of foreign languages, the introduction of modern teaching methods and technologies.
On the basis of the Linguistic Center, English teachers Diana Bodnarchuk and Natalia Slipachuk conducted English language classes at A1-A2 level at the university’s faculties. Students, scientific and pedagogical staff of the faculties had an opportunity to evaluate the peculiarities of the interactive learning and communicative techniques used by our teachers.
Studying the English language took place in the student’s environment, focusing on critical and analytical learning and understanding, increased student responsibility, and expanding its autonomy.
By organizing interactive learning, we simulate life situations, use role games, and jointly solve problems based on analysis of relevant situations. Working in pairs and groups, students and lecturers master the skills of cooperation, ability to speak and listen actively.
We remind that the Linguistic Center forms groups for the study of foreign languages (English, German, Polish) levels A1, A2, A2 +, B1 and B2. We invite you to study at the Linguistic Center of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University. The beginning of classes – September 2019.
