One of the important activities of the Kamianets-Podilskiy National Ivan Ohiienko University is an exhibition work. This year, the university became a participant in an important event in the educational and pedagogical space of the country – the Tenth International Exhibition “Innovation in Modern Education” and the Eighth International Exhibition of Education abroad “World Edu” organized by company “Exhibitions World” ” with the support and participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The exhibitions took place on October 23-25, 2018 in the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth. There were 550 participants from 25 regions of Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, the USA, France.
Welcoming the participants of the exhibition, Vasyl Kremen, President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, claimed that the exhibition “Innovation in Modern Education” became a real forum for the presentation, testing and discussion of educational, scientific and technical innovations, which is especially important in the context of reforming higher education in Ukraine.
The exposition of the Kamianets-Podilskiy National Ivan Ohiienko University was presented by Valerii Mazur, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee and Roman Bilyk, Head of the Department of Scientific Work.
The Organizing Committee of the Tenth International Exhibition “Innovation in Modern Education” highly appreciated the activities of the university team and awarded it with diploma for active participation and the presentation of innovative learning technologies. Moreover, the team was honoured with gold medal for participating in the exhibition competition in nomination “Innovative activity of the educational establishment in the context of the implementation of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School”.
The materials for the competition (the work “Implementation of the competence approach in preparing the teacher of the New Ukrainian School in the Kamianets-Podilskiy National Ivan Oghiienko University”) were prepared by candidate of pedagogical sciences, the Associate Professor of the Department of Musical Art, Head of the Educational and Methodical Department Liudmyla Voievidko, the Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education Nataliia Hudyma, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education Nataliia Meliekestseva.
Rector of the university, Serghii Kopylov was rewarded with commendation certificate for the active organizational work on the introduction of innovative technologies in educational practice and Vice-Rector on Scientific and Pedagogical work,Vasyl Kobylnyk was rewarded for conscientious work on improving the quality of the educational process.
Successful participation in international exhibitions once again shows that the Kamianets-Podilskiy Ivan Ohiienko National University evolves in a modern ways and real professionals work here.
