Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University is proud of its talented students who make Ukraine known and respected around the world

The university is especially proud of its athletes, including Mykhailo Kokhan, a student of the Faculty of Physical Education, specializing in Physical Culture and Sports (group FKS1-M23z). Mykhailo is a Ukrainian track and field athlete who specializes in the hammer throw. He is the bronze medalist of the 2024 Olympic Games, a world and European youth champion, and the holder of the world’s best result in hammer throw among athletes under 18.

Recently, Mykhailo donated his signed Olympic jersey to the Museum of University History. This gift is a symbol of dedication, inner strength, and belief in victory.

The jersey will become part of the museum’s collection, which showcases the achievements of our students and alumni. It represents a living history of success that inspires generations of students to believe in themselves, overcome obstacles, and confidently pursue their goals.

We sincerely thank Mykhailo for this valuable gift and wish him even greater accomplishments, new records, and a bright and successful future!
