Recently, the Faculty of Special Education, Psychology, and Social Work at Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University hosted a vibrant and eventful Open Day that brought together prospective students, current students, faculty members, and guests.
As part of the event, a festival of psychological practices was held, giving participants the opportunity to engage in workshops, psychological games, art therapy sessions, and other activities. These not only offered insights into the profession of a psychologist but also allowed attendees to step into the shoes of a professional.
A charity fair organized by the faculty’s students was also held during the event. All proceeds will be donated to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Guests had the chance to purchase treats and handmade souvenirs while contributing to a good cause.
A particularly meaningful part of the day was the meeting with future applicants. Faculty representatives presented educational programs in the following specialties:
– Special Education
– Psychology
– Social Work
– Speech and Language Therapy
Lecturers highlighted the benefits of studying at the faculty, the specifics of the educational process, practical training opportunities, and pathways for career development. Students shared their personal experiences, involvement in projects, volunteer initiatives, and everyday life at the faculty.
The event took place in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, leaving everyone with positive impressions and renewed motivation. The faculty extends heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped organize and participated in the event. We look forward to seeing new faces within the walls of our educational community!
