Discussing the Impact of the European Union’s eTwinning Program on the Development of School Education with Foreign Language Teachers

On March 13, 2025, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and International Relations, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Hennadii Besarabchuk, and Head of the Office for International Cooperation, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Tetiana Storchova, held a discussion with foreign language teachers from the city’s educational institutions regarding the expansion of the European Union’s eTwinning Program and its impact on the development of school education in the Kamianets-Podilskyi territorial community.

The event took place at the Communal Institution “Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council” (Director – Serhii Moroziuk). Participants explored opportunities for engaging in international eTwinning projects, which promote experience exchange among educational institutions across Europe, enhance teachers’ professional competencies, and involve students in innovative learning. Additionally, prospects for developing partnerships between educational institutions were discussed.

The meeting marked an important step for educators in future international projects. The participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers and emphasized the need for continued active participation in the eTwinning program to further expand the European educational space.
