As the new year approaches, we are steadily getting closer to the start of the new admissions campaign. For prospective students, this is the time to make their final decision about their future profession and the university that will help them achieve their goals.
On December 3, to promote the university’s programs, faculty members from Kamianets-Podіlskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University met with graduates of Khotyn Specialized Academic Lyceum and Khotyn Secondary School No. 1 of the Khotyn City Council in the Dnister District of Chernivtsi Region, as well as with students from Zhvanets Lyceum of the Zhvanets Village Council in Kamianets-Podіlskyi District, Khmelnytskyi Region.
Volodymyr Lysak, Head of the Department of Management, PhD in Economics, and Associate Professor, highlighted the opportunities Kamianets-Podіlskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University offers students and the advantages of studying here. He specifically focused on the Management program (073), which helps students develop strategic thinking, learn how to work with people, and gain the necessary skills for building a successful career.
Nataliia Kazanishena, Head of the Department of Biology and Ecology, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, and Associate Professor, noted that the modern world faces several global challenges, such as environmental pollution, loss of biodiversity, and depletion of natural resources. Miss Kazanishena emphasized that specialists in biology and ecology can play a key role in addressing these issues.
Uliana Hudyma, PhD in Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics, spoke about the programs offered by the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and their relevance in today’s job market. Miss Hudyma also pointed out that the faculty regularly holds student scientific conferences at regional, national, and international levels. Additionally, there are specialized student clubs, and students participate in a variety of cultural and social activities.
The faculty members also invited the students to visit the university for a tour.
