On 26 and 27 March 2024, a two-day workshop was held at the University of Applied Sciences in Munster, Germany, as part of the Multiplication Trainings for Higher Education Administrators (THEA Ukraine X) programme with the support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
The participation of Ohiienko University in this project became possible due to the victory of the project idea “Project_HUB”, presented by the Head of the Office for International Cooperation, Associate Professor Tetiana Storchova.
The proposed idea of the project application is aimed at launching effective project activities of the K-PNU within the framework of international programmes.
The 6 selected participants of THEA Ukraine X (Cohort III) are from the following Ukrainian universities: Sumy State University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukrainian Catholic University, Zaporizhzhia National University, Odesa National Polytechnic University, Ukrainian Academy of Engineering and Pedagogy, and Ivan Ohiienko Kamianets-Podilskyi National University.
It is important to note that the THEA Ukraine programme is implemented by the University of Applied Sciences Munster in cooperation with Sumy State University, which has been extremely successful in its project activities.
On 8 February, the first online meeting of the project participants (Вставити посилання: https://inter.kpnu.edu.ua/uk/2024/02/12/9832/) took place, which marked the start of the programme for the third cohort of participants.
Since the start of the programme, participants have been working online with their coaches (Вставити посилання: https://inter.kpnu.edu.ua/uk/2024/02/23/thea-ukraine-kh-tetiana-storchova-ta-vitalii-kolesnyk-tryvaie-robota-nad-treninhom-dlia-vykladachiv-k-pnu/) to improve their project ideas to be implemented at the universities they represent.
The meeting of all the participants of the THEA Ukraine programme in Munster was an extremely eventful programme. The new cohort gained vast theoretical and practical experience in conducting trainings from the most experienced professionals in the field. In particular, the speeches of Kostiantyn Kyrychenko, Assistant Rector for International Relations, Head of the International Cooperation Department of Sumy State University, Katja Thevs and Dr Gisela Zimmermann, who presented the opportunities of the DAAD programme for Ukrainian universities, were valuable. The presentation on Didactic Training: Designing Interactive Workshops by Miné de Klerk, Higher Education & Digital Transformation Specialist.
All the events of the workshop programme were held in an extremely interactive manner, which united all the participants as much as possible.
On 27 March, the final part of the two-day workshop was a 5-minute presentation of the project ideas of the third cohort participants, which will be implemented in Ukrainian universities in the form of pitches.

The presentation of the project ideas was followed by an active discussion and questions from the organisers, trainers and programme participants. It is important to note that the President of the University of Applied Sciences in Münster, Prof. Dr. Frank Dellmann, also joined the presentation.
The participants of the third cohort received new tasks to be completed by a certain deadline and uploaded to the ILIAS platform for further evaluation and implementation of their project ideas.
